Gana-A'Yoo, Limited is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our team. This position manages all aspects of Information Technology while complying with various federal regulations facilitating and monitoring software, hardware and networks along with our Managed Service Provider.

Location: Sparta, WI

Reports to: CFO

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or, 3-5 years in this position or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening
  • Deltek Costpoint experience preferred; some college education/courses highly desired
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business, and a web collaboration tool such as SharePoint
  • Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred

Primary Duties include:

  • Facilitate and Perform Various IT Support Requests
  • Ensure security through access controls
  • Troubleshoot basic help desk inquiries to limit disruptions within the company
  • Manage a variety of software and controls
  • Manage the function and activity of SharePoint
  • Develop and Implement various IT Policies and Procedures
  • Participate in Research and Development

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:  The majority of work is performed in an office setting and interfaces with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
