Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC is seeking a General Manager to join our team. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position is responsible for strategy, business development, growth, structure, budget, financial outcomes and scorecard metrics for projects or contracts as assigned.  Responsibilities include policy and contract compliance while managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human capital to include the functional areas of administration such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services for the company. The position is responsible for expanding current operations, maintaining/fostering relationships with clients and securing additional contracts through the established BD processes in line with corporate strategy and financial expectations. This position may be required to provide these same services for multiple subsidiaries, as determined by the COO.

Primary Duties include:

  • Ensures and coordinates successful contract execution
  • Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
  • Allocate and prioritize resources
  • Collaborate with the COO and operations department for long-term strategic planning, objectives and policies
  • Participate in business development pursuits
  • Institutes a culture of safety and compliance
  • Create shareholder opportunities within the organization and facilitate participation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or ten (10) years equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience with increased responsibility and strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, budgeting and coordination of people and resources
  • Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver; ability to function independently or with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing, sales and/or business development
  • Strong presentation skill, comfortable presenting at Board level
  • Must meet all of the investigative standards for a national security background investigation
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business, and a web collaboration tool such as Google Docs
  • Possession of a valid driver's license; must qualify for company insurance coverage based on driving record
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology related industry
  • Experience with US Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Experience capturing and managing domestic and international federal contracts and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
  • Experience with Department of Defense contracts
  • Familiarization and/or working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
  • Applied knowledge of SBA 8(a) and HUBZone programs
  • Experience with SCA/DBA/Union/federal contracts
  • PMP certification or ability to complete in first six (6) months
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or five (5) years equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:  The majority of work is performed in an office setting and interfaces with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
