Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will support a military organization tasked to develop highly technical training and simulation capabilities for service members. The Program Manager is responsible for the execution and delivery of contracted services and products within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. To accomplish this, the Project Manager will confer with the client's management and production leads to discuss project/program specifications and procedures. They will present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to customers and internal stakeholders. In addition, the Project Manager will consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project/program specifications. They will be expected to manage the activities for assigned projects/programs involving cross-functional teams through the entire project/program life cycle of primarily aviation related research and development efforts, and are responsible to act as the company point of contact with the customer to ensure continuity of communications and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager coordinates and supervises 5-15 personnel, executes a variety of corporate and government reporting requirements, and reports directly to the General Manager.

Primary Duties include:

  • Coordinates successful contract execution
  • Manages personnel and labor
  • Manages operational budget
  • Creates operational and safety procedures
  • Supports and oversees project execution
  • Conducts research and makes supported recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience with increased responsibility and strong supervisory skills
  • Top Secret clearance strongly preferred; must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project and a web collaboration tool such as Google Docs
  • Project management and familiarity with the Government acquisition life cycle, program documentation, and interface with Government and military leadership strongly preferred
  • Familiarity and experience drafting Government requirements documents (Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Estimates and familiarity with FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in research and development
  • Experience with manned and unmanned flight systems and aircraft
  • Experience with flight simulators and tactical training simulators
  • Experience supporting military customers
  • Experience with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:  The Program Manager will work as part of a joint government and civilian team to develop high technical training and simulation capabilities for military personnel. The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing and office setting on Joint Base San Antonio Randolph. The Program Manager leads, interfaces, and collaborates with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
