Job Title: IT Centric Expert TS/SCI level w/poly

Entity: Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC

Location: Reston, VA

Work Hours and Pay: An 8-hour shift between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday; DOE

Job Summary: The IT Centric Expert will support the Force Structure Initiative (FSI) Team to develop a prototype that provides Defense Intelligent Agency (DIA) with a proof of concept to better manage its organizational structure in the current Human Resource Information System (HRIS) via PeopleSoft. This position will assist with identifying and developing the ability to measure program effectiveness not only for the program budget cycle but also support future needs, planning, and assessments.

Reports to: General Manager

Required Qualifications & Essential Functions:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance required
  • Previous government contracting preferred
  • Must have an expertise in commercial off-the-shelf ERP solutions with a focus in project planning, business requirements and BRP activities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Experience with DIA Human Capital online solutions such as Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is required
  • Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Will spend majority of time in front of a computer with repetitive typing motions
  • Must be able to pass a drug, reference, and background check

 

Duties:

  • Support the FSI in assessing current processes and capabilities in force structure, manpower formulation/planning, agency budget formulation, DIA force structure alignment with agency strategy and mission, and current force structure/manpower performance management
  • Assist government in developing new force structure methodology and approaches
  • Support government in identifying both short and long term goals/capabilities
  • Assist government in identifying gaps in both processes and capabilities as well as identify creative solutions to meet the gaps
  • Prepare and conduct capability studies and proof of concept demonstrations to support defining the end states of all processes and capabilities
  • Incorporate systems security/audit guidelines in any capabilities assessed and identify gaps/issues in support of the future state
  • Support government in analysis of current online system data and configuration on an adhoc basis
  • Support FSI in providing customer support and training to any capabilities/tools development and implemented
  • Support FSI with change management and maintenance activities
  • Other job duties as assigned
