Job Title: Data Manpower Expert

Entity: Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC                               

Location: Reston, Virginia

Work Hours and Pay: Monday-Friday; DOE

Job Summary: The Data Manpower Expert will review all current billets throughout the enterprise to ensure they are aligned to the proper Career Field (CF)/Career Specialty (CS)/Job Code/Position Description (PD) aligning with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)'s new talent management system (RIP). This requires working with senior leaders throughout the Agency.

Reports to: Project Manager or General Manager

Required Qualifications & Essential Functions:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance required
  • Previous government contracting preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Will spend majority of time in front of a computer with repetitive typing motions
  • Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred but not required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Duties:

  • Provide data reports, analyze data, identify skill gaps, and conduct scenario testing
  • Many of the existing job codes/PDs are specifically tailored to jobs (over 3,100 PDs); Job codes/PDs are assigned to each employee but do not always accurately reflect what the billet is being used for or what the person in the billet is doing
  • Assist in implementing new job codes that standardizes PDs throughout DIA; these new PDs shall reflect the overall requirements of the CFs, the specific requirements of the specialty and additional position-related requirements if needed
  • Develop a survey for an enterprise-wide WF analysis that collects data on organizational tasks/activities, manpower, and skill requirements
  • Execute spot audits to validate mission manager's responses
  • Identify manpower templates to enable mission managers to support their organization while complying with Department of Defense standards (civilian and military)
  • Other duties as assigned
